I’m a lady from Newcastle upon Tyne who found her light bulb moment approaching 40. I am a wife and mum to 3 sons who I am proud of every single day and I realise that my health is one of my biggest assets not just for me but my family too.
From a vision to a goal I’m now a certified Holistic Health and Wellbeing Coach. With my love for nutrition, mental and physical health and mind-set, it is my purpose to share with you that no matter how busy or stuck you are you can move forward and create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Now most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel, and it is my mission to help you find the motivation to create your own inner wisdom, identify values and transform your goals into actions. It is possible to find your own capabilities around your health, mindset and habit change giving you energy and balance in your life so that you can be the best version of you.
My approach as a health and wellbeing coach is to work closely on a 121 basis to evaluate your needs by creating your vision and desired outcome. This could be nutrition, fitness, work and home life balance. We explore the relationship to food, health and distractions in life that are stopping you or slowing you down to get the desired results.
I believe in a personal approach where I work with you and share accountability and my promise to you is that I will be knowledgeable and help you overcome the obstacles. Where you would normally plateau and give up my total body and mind transformation programme will ensure you move forward and get what you truly desire in your life, health and wellbeing.

Over the last decade I have tried and succeeded in many diets and exercise regimes, but over the 12 months since returning to work after maternity leave, I have struggled to focus and have lost my way. Lindsay helped me take a fresh look at my lifestyle and habits, which in turn, helped me identify the small changes needed to achieve my goals once again.
I had a number of breakthroughs throughout the sessions, but the main one was when I realised I had become complacent which was conflicting my motivation towards my goals.
