I’m a lady from Newcastle upon Tyne who found her light bulb moment approaching 40. I am a wife and mum to 3 sons who I am proud of every single day and I realise that my mind, body and spirit are my biggest assets not just for me but my family too.
From a vision to a goal I’m now a qualified Mindset Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. With my love for nutrition, mental and physical health and mindset, it is my purpose to share with you that no matter how busy or stuck you are you can move forward and create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Now most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel, and it is my mission to help you find the motivation to create your own inner wisdom, identify values and transform your goals into actions. It is possible to find your own capabilities around your health, mindset and habit change giving you energy and balance in your life so that you can be the best version of you.
The human form is the most sophisticated piece of equipment on the planet and yet we have little instruction to show us how to get the best out of it. It is my mission to show you the science via Kundalini Yoga, Mantra, Meditation and Mindfulness so that you can be the best version of you. Kundalini is a complete SCIENCE which works through the mind, body and spirit to deliver us to the grace and greatness which is our birthright. It impacts all aspects of our physical, mental and spiritual being.
NOT SURE WHAT KUNDALINI IS?
Kundalini Yoga is for everyone, no matter what your experience so far. It is a yoga for life in the 21st century, to build your strength and confidence, enabling you to enjoy life to the full and not feel defeated by change or circumstance.
Yogi Bhajan taught above all that we should relate to our infinite selves, not our perceived limitations. The subtle use of kundalini energy can make this change.
Kundalini promotes a general sense of relaxation and wellbeing by balancing the glandular system, strengthening the nervous system, promoting the better functioning of our bodily systems, promoting emotional balance and enhanced intuition, allowing us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions so that we can be in control of ourselves rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings. It also helps to eliminate negative habits increasing our radiance and the impact we have on others.
I share Kundalini Yoga Classes at Little Green Vegan Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne, Pulp Fiction Future Food Café in Whitley Bay and adhoc classes and workshops in different venues in the North East.

I had a number of breakthroughs throughout the sessions, but the main one was when I realised I had become complacent which was conflicting my motivation towards my goals. The course provides you with the actual tools to make it happen and to make it present in your mind every day, not just when you are having the calls with Lindsay!
